whose inhabitants enjoy exceptional longevity.
Our specialty coffee is the result of an extremely fine
selection of coffee beans that we roast in an artisanal
way.
The coffee beans are placed in containers to isolate
them from oxygen to generate a controlled
fermentation, then are put to dry in the sun.

Variety: CR 95 / 100% Arabica
Process: Fermentation
